You’re already using a planner of some sort, yes? So you just need to find a way to add to your planner in order to make it most effective.
Using a planner in times of high stress will help take the pressure of yourself. By noting down all your responsibilities onto paper will clear up space in your head. This will also help you work through difficult situations by organising your thoughts.
2.Dealing with Anxiety
Writing down your thoughts will challenge negative beliefs. By tracking your feelings, you’ll be able to keep these thoughts under control and help manage anxiety better.

By seeing all your to do’s in front of you, you’re able to visualise the bigger picture of what get needs to get done. In doing so spend less time focusing on lower priority tasks. Plus, concentrating on smaller, more manageable tasks will contribute to feeling less overwhelmed.
