I have previously mentioned as part of my goals for 2019, I would like to implement the practice of manifestation. So that’s why I created a free printable to stay focused and on track for the new year.
Affirmations are an important part of manifesting – I’ve recently discovered this! Writing positive affirmations are helpful with enabling empowering thoughts as well as replacing negative beliefs. Here are some I’ve found useful:
- I AM prioritising my physical and mental health.
- I AM constantly working towards achieving my goals.
- I AM surrounded by positivity.
- I AM who I want to be.
- I AM enough.
Write down your daily goal for the day. There is space to write any inspiration you find necessary such as quotes, people or words.
Use this page to write your list of ideas you would like to accomplish. This is time to focus on the experiences you would like to achieve. There will be plenty of opportunity for goal setting later.
It is important to adopt an attitude of gratitude when manifesting. Be happy and grateful for who you are and things in your life!
Here is the space to concentrate on what you have learned that week and acknowledging what you have learnt. Even failures.
2 pages. January to December 2019 whereby you can set an overall goal. Use a word or a phrase to help to this. The daily and weekly will guide you in narrowing down the focus and the steps needed accomplish what you want that month.
Set yourself goals each morning and the steps needed to be taken in order to achieve that goal. Note what your reward will be if you complete the goal.
At night reflect on the goals set that morning. Again focusing on the feelings and lessons learnt that day. Visualise what tomorrow will be.
SHORT TERM GOALS
Write down the short term goals you are going to be manifesting. Give yourself a deadline and imagine how you will feel when you achieve your goal.
LONG TERM GOALS
Same applies for the long term goals. Give yourself a decline and picture yourself upon reaching your goal. Feel it. See it.
QUOTES TO LIVE BY
